If you see this message, it means that your AliExpress account is locked and Nimble can't fulfill or track your orders until it's unlocked. This generally happens to new, unverified accounts.
To solve this error, you must simply log in to your account and verify it.
Step 1: Log in to your AliExpress account, and you will see the following window:
Step 2: Drag the slider and complete the Captcha.
Step 3: Select a verification method, like adding a phone number as shown in the picture below and complete the additional steps.
Step 4: After successfully verifying your account, click the button below to re-authenticate your AliExpress account.
Once your account has been re-authenticated, fulfillment will resume as usual!
