The error seen above occurs whenever an order on Nimble is unsynchronized with AliExpress. An unsynchronized order falls under one of the following categories:
The order has been cancelled on AliExpress.
The order has already been already paid.
The order doesn't exist at all.
When an unsynchronized order is found in your Awaiting Payment list, it can disrupt the payment process on AliExpress.
To solve this error, your orders must be synchronized on Nimble in regards to those in AliExpress. Follow the steps below to do so:
Log in to your Nimble account.
Head to your "Awaiting Payment" orders section.
Press "Actions" > "Re-check orders".
Notice: this function can only be used once a day, and may take a couple minutes to complete. Once it's complete, you might see an increase/decrease across all order tabs.
